East Jakarta. population sample this were participants uses descriptive qualitative method with KirkPatrick Evaluation Method. KirkPatrick's Method focuses on 4 Levels Stages; Level 1 Reaction, 2 Learning Phase, 3 Behavior Outcome Phase. Reactions provide positive satisfaction according participants' responses based indicators material, consumption, facilities infrastructure and, presenters. Phase provides 80% response about understanding related material. Behavioral Stage an 85% significant changes application materials daily life.
